Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or making a payment with BoothMazter, the customer agrees to all policies outlined in this Terms & Agreement. These terms govern all sales of equipment, accessories, and services under the BoothMazter brand.
Order Processing & Lead Times
Order processing begins once the required down payment is received. Lead times may vary depending on product availability, customization, and production schedules. Timelines are estimates and may adjust based on operational conditions.
Pricing, Payments & Billing Rules
- All pricing is subject to adjustment without prior notice.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring full and accurate payment.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Bank Transfer
- GCash
All transfer charges, service fees, shipping, or transaction costs are borne by the customer.
Down Payment Requirement
- A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to activate any order.
- The remaining 50% balance must be fully settled before release, shipment, or delivery. Shipping fees are paid separately unless noted as free shipping.
- Orders will not be dispatched or handed over until the account is fully cleared.
- Failure to settle the balance within the agreed timeline may result in delays, cancellation, or forfeiture of the down payment.
Shipping, Delivery & Logistics
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules or unforeseen logistics issues.
- Customers must verify delivery details before dispatch.
- Any delivery damage must be reported within 48 hours with complete photo/video documentation.
Warranty Terms & Limitations
Warranty applies only to verified factory defects and is subject to evaluation. Timelines vary depending on case complexity.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or mishandling
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized repairs
- Wear-and-tear
- Modifications or alterations
- Damage from poor storage or operational negligence
Replacement & Repair Policy
- Replacements or repairs require formal evaluation and are not guaranteed to be instant.
- Items performing as intended, even with minor cosmetic imperfections, are not eligible for replacement.
Return & Refund Policy
- All sales are considered final.
- Returns are only accepted for approved factory defects.
- Customers shoulder all return shipping, inspection, and handling fees.
Product Modifications & Custom Branding
Any customer-requested modifications, add-ons, or branding changes may affect warranty eligibility. After-market alterations automatically void support for related issues.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

- Provide complete documentation when reporting issues

Limitations of Liability
BoothMazter is not liable for:
- Loss of income, bookings, or events

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Maximum liability is limited to the total value of the purchased item.

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, verification, and support. All data is handled securely and not shared with unauthorized parties.
Intellectual Property Rights
All images, manuals, product descriptions, videos, and marketing materials under BoothMazter are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Force Majeure
BoothMazter is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our control, including logistics disruptions, natural events, or operational issues.
Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our products or services signifies acceptance of any revisions.
