General Refund Conditions


All sales made through BoothMazter are final. Due to the nature of the products, order processing, and customization requirements, BoothMazter maintains a strict no-refund policy unless the case falls under verified factory defect evaluation.

Non-Refundable Down Payment

The customer acknowledges that all down payments are strictly non-refundable.
Once the 50% down payment is submitted, the order enters procurement and processing, making cancellation or refund no longer applicable.

Strict No-Cancellation Policy
  • Orders cannot be canceled for any reason, including:
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by courier, logistics partners, or external conditions
  • Incorrect customer information

Any cancellation request automatically forfeits the down payment.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product is confirmed to have a verified factory defect, evaluated and approved by BoothMazter’s quality team.
  • Replacement parts or units are unavailable.
  • The issue cannot be resolved through repair.

Refund eligibility does not apply if the product is functioning as intended.

Customer Costs for Return Cases
  • Should a return be approved:
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, handling, testing, and inspection charges.

Any transaction or transfer fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Documentation Requirements

Customers must provide:

  • Clear photos and videos of the issue
  • Complete description of the concern
  • Proof of purchase
  • Unboxing or receiving documentation (if applicable)

Failure to submit sufficient documentation may delay or invalidate the claim.

Evaluation & Processing Timeline

Refund evaluation may take 5–14 business days, depending on complexity and completeness of the provided documentation.
Refunds are processed only through the original payment channel.
